Goodman Manufacturing, a subsidiary of Goodman Global Inc., produces more than 100,000 wall sleeves for AC units a year. They spend an estimated $1.7 million dollars a year on shipping alone.

JS Coolman designed a collapsible wall sleeve to reduce shipping costs, but will be as durable as the previous wall sleeve. The new design will save the company an estimated $700,000 in shipping and an estimated $2.2 million overall.
